VUE Skybar & Grill: Rooftop Bar and Restaurant at OUE Singapore

Perched on the penthouse of OUE Bayfront on Collyer Quay, newly opened VUE Singapore replaces what was formerly known as me@oue and offers the same million dollar view of the Marina Bay.

VUE Singapore welcomes with a dramatic walk-way lined with black and gold mezzanine tiles, a mirrored ceiling, and opens up to a breathtaking, cathedral-inspired arched copper ceiling spanning the entire length of the main dining hall. Glass walls look out to unparalleled waterfront views of scenic Marina Bay, amidst interiors of dark wood, muted ambient lights, and sleek accents that add to the intimate and cosmopolitan setting at VUE Singapore. The space, sights, and smells all come together in an immersive gourmet experience you won’t soon forget.

VUE Singapore, a rooftop bar and grill destination, presents a chef-driven menu that emphasises binchōtan-grilled specialities complemented by a versatile selection of wines. Opening its door from 5pm on weekdays, VUE Singapore offers the perfect rooftop view during sunset hour. Head to the spritz bar and enjoy a tipple or two from their vibrant and flavourful range of spritz cocktails before heading to the restaurant for dinner. Toast to the view while you nibble on servings of canapés till 7pm.

Executive Chef Sam Chin introduces a menu that shines the focus on specially sourced ingredients and peak-of-season yields in an eclectic fusion of East and West. The menu has been divided into Charcuterie, Appetisers, Mains, Small Bites & Sides, Cheese, and Desserts. The charcuterie and cheese selection is done by the chef who will present his choice based on your taste preferences and to complement the wine you are drinking.

So which were the standout dishes? The vegetarian Velouté - Jerusalem Artichoke Cream Soup, Zucchini, Crème Fraiche, Herb Oil - was indeed creamy and absolutely delicious. Another creamy dish, Creamed Spinach & Parmigiano, which comes a side to your mains, is a must-try. Finally, for chocolate lovers, the decadent Torte - chocolate mousse with peanut praline, Feuilletine, and vanilla ice cream - is rich and dense.

VUE Singapore is currently open only for dinner at 5.30pm from Monday to Friday with the last order being 10.30pm.
