The all-new Chez Vous: HideAway Concept Hair Salon is all about giving you a personalized luxurious experience with all its complementary services usually associated with a relaxation day at the spa.
Once you’ve reached level 14 of Ngee Ann City Tower B, the entrance to Chez Vous: HideAway is hard to miss with its bright neon yellow walkway. Here’s your first Insta Spot! Head into the reception lobby that resembles the Hogwarts library and you’re in zone 2.
Come 15 minutes before your appointed time so you can enjoy the full body massage chair and refreshments at the Re:Charge Den once you’ve confirmed your appointment at the lobby. The floral wall here makes a great backdrop for the “Before Selfie”. This room sets the precedent of what’s to follow. The massage chairs come with scalp therapy - red light for stimulation followed by blue light to calm. The relaxation den also has an Oxygen Bar which fills the air with peppermint oil to rejuvenate and refresh the senses.
The main styling room resembles a modern AirBnb loft complete with a bathtub filled with flora and fauna which stands right in the middle. For VIPs, there's also the Rose Quartz Private Room which you have all to yourself.
The first thing they get you to choose is the essential oil that will be incorporated throughout your treatment journey including the mist, shampoo, scalp massages. You can also choose from various drinks including herbal teas and coffees.
The treatment starts with a relaxing head massage. Then we go into the Wash Cave - my favourite part of Chez Vous: HideAway personally. I've been to the Osaka Aquarium which inspired this room and spent a good 30 minutes staring at the mesmerizing jellyfish tanks. So imagine my delight when I see the digital art projections of jellyfish while my hair was being washed. After the wash, a Tibetan Singing Bowl is struck and I close my eyes as my hair stylist gives me an amazing Shiatsu massage, ending with a hot towel around my neck. By far the most therapeutic part of the treatment.
Then my K-Gloss treatment starts. Shots get pumped onto my hair and then combed through. Then my scalp sits under cold air for roughly 10 minutes. The protein sinks into the hair strands over 48 hours so I only wash my hair after 2 days. After 48 hours, the hair seals up locking in the protein, helping my hair to grow stronger and longer. The treatment is heat activated so I blow dry my hair after washing. The results are amazing, to say the least. My hair is not frizzy, extremely smooth and soft and this texture has lasted for over 4 weeks now.
Back at the salon, after my K-Gloss treatment, I’m given a heated shoulder pad before my hair gets trimmed, styled and blow dried. My stylist Eddie Lau truly was in his element - an expert despite his young age. He gave me a new haircut which I absolutely love! I leave through the Exit Lane. This is the perfect spot for your "After Look" selfie.

And the pricing is same no matter what your hair length is! Hair treatments include colouring, K-Gloss Hair Shots, Tokio Inkarami Hair Treatment, and Tokio Head Spa.
There are only 4 tiers available here, all including a haircut: $199 for 1 other service, $299 for 2 other services, $399 for 3 other services, and $499 for 4 other services. An additional $99 for Keratin Treatment, 10-step Treatment Digital Perm or Rebonding, and Growth Factor Scalp Therapy.
