Fresh Fruit Teas, Souffle Pancakes and Floral Theme at ARTEA
With all the bubble tea brands coming to Singapore this year, ARTEA might be a little late to the game but it stands out with its Fresh Fruit Teas and premium Soufflé Pancakes.
Signature Fruit Tea, White Peach Oolong Latte, Mango Milkshake
Designed by a young talented craft artist from China, the store has a floral theme that is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. In fact, I was told that the latte cups have been tactfully made long so that when taking selfies with the cup next to your face, it makes your face appear longer and slimmer in photos. I really liked the White Peach Oolong Latte which has very subtle flavours and isn’t too sweet.
I also tried their Signature Fruit Tea ($8.20) which comes with seven different kinds of fresh fruits including watermelon, mango, cantaloupe, strawberries, kumquat, orange juice and passion fruit. It’s huge, refreshing and the packaging comes with a handy fork that conveniently slides into the corner of your cup. Totally worth it!
The Strawberry Soufflé pancake ($9.50) is a Singapore exclusive and must-try. It is buttery and soft and super yummy, and even comes with edible pure gold foil. Other soufflé flavours include Original, Mango and Tiramisu.
Strawberry Souffle
If you like milkshakes, then I recommend the ice-blended Fresh Mango Milkshake ($6.80) topped with fresh chunks of mango. Another good choice is the Princess Strawberry ($7.20) and banana smoothie topped with whip cream and sprinkles. Super Insta-worthy!
ARTEA is opening its doors officially at VivoCity on 24 December 2018 at 11am. The store is celebrating its opening with 1-for-1 drink offer till 28 December!
